Kindly note that logging into the portal will use the 'Hukoomi' account (your personal number and password) that you obtained from the 'Hukoomi' website. If you do not have a 'Hukoomi' account, you must obtain one by registering at their website.

- Press on the word 'Register' to begin creating your account
- Fill in the required fields (personal number and mobile number)
- Press the box next to the sentence 'I'm not a robot' and a group of questions will appear for you to answer
- Press the button 'Recieve Code by SMS' in order to send the code to your mobile
- Enter the code you recieved on your mobile
- Press the button 'Next' in order to complete your registration
- Fill in all the required fields
- Press the box next to the sentence 'I'm not a robot' and a group of questions will appear for you to answer
- Press the button 'Register' in order to complete the registration process
